In winter, the cold and darkness forces us to slow down, pause and turn inward. Surrender to the deeply nourishing Yin energy and experience the calming effect of clay during this intuitive handbuilding workshop. A slow and creative morning just for you.
On this Sunday morning I welcome you into our cozy home in the city centre of Amersfoort. We start with a warming cup of coffee/tea and a short meditation to get your creativity flowing.
Let your intuition guide you
During this 3 hour workshop I will guide you through the basic principles of handbuilding. These techniques are accessible to everyone, so experience is not needed.
Working with clay helps us ground. We can experience a beautiful state of flow in which we are no longer guided by the end result or our perfectionism, but just following our intuition.
For this workshop I invite you to leave the beautiful Pinterest images you may have collected at home and just flow with your intuition and creativity. You are more then welcome to bring objects that inspire you or with which you can bring shapes or patterns onto the clay.

- depending on the size of your piece(s) you can make 2 - 4 pieces

- the glazing of your pieces (transparent or matte white)
Not included
- After your pieces have been glazed and fired for the second time, you can pick them up. Shipping costs are not included. I can pack and ship your pieces, but for this I have to ask an additional 10,- EUR
- An apron to protect your clothes
Good to know
The workshop has room for 4 people and will take place from a minimum of 2 participants. If there are not enough participants, you will be refunded or the workshop will be moved.
If you are unable to attend, you can cancel the workshop up to one month before. An administration fee of €25 will be charged for this. If you cancel less than a month before, the workshop will not be refunded unless you find someone who wants to take over your place.
